Many of the ways we think, feel, respond, and react seem automatic to us.  We want to really change something.  The desire is there.  But we just cannot seem to follow through.  That’s because much of what we do, think, and feel is controlled more by our subconscious mind, our inner mind, than our intellect and our conscious mind.  If this is the case then clinical hypnosis is the perfect tool.  Hypnosis can be effective for a number of issues and concerns from smoking cessation to phobias to weight loss to trauma resolution.

Clinical hypnosis with rapid trauma resolution uses techniques that allow the participant to remain comfortably relaxed as the negative influences from the traumatic events are eliminated. Through using clinical hypnosis with rapid trauma resolution, the participant will realize that these experiences are finished and gone.
