Talking about it in a therapeutic setting can make you feel better and clear your mind to be able to recognize your possibilities. You can become more effective in your personal life and in your interaction in relationships. I have been providing therapeutic counseling services for 12 years as a Social-Community Psychologist in Puerto Rico and as a Counselor after moving to Orlando, Florida.

My approach to therapy is an integrative approach in a non-judgmental, compassionate and accountable environment. The focus, techniques, and length of therapy are set depending on the client circumstances, therapeutic needs and the goals of treatment. My preferences are for solution focused brief counseling.

I have worked intensively in the areas of family issues as well as in adjustment to illness and other life events. I have a special interest in helping women and men to overcome gender specific issues that impair there ability to find happiness within themselves and their relationships.
