Do you feel stuck?
Is there a sense of unrealized purpose in your life?
Is there a general feeling of unhappiness?
Do you need someone to help explore your options?

My experience includes helping clients with various topics such as anxiety reduction, depression, stress management, communication skills, personal growth, relationship and family issues, terminal illness, loss and grief. My eclectic therapy approach is collaborative, insight-oriented and holistic. I provide a safe counseling environment free of judgment where clients feel heard, understood and are invited to openly discuss concerns and learn more about themselves in order to become empowered, grow emotionally, gain insight and self-awareness, resolve past issues, and learn the skills necessary to create a fulfilling life. I work individually with adults, adolescents and children in addition to providing couples and family counseling services.

I earned a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and continue to work towards licensure in the state of Florida. I abide by the ethical codes of the Florida Statutes for Licensed Mental Health Counselors and The American Counseling Association.

I offer free e-mail or confidential telephone consultations. You may contact me at (407) 620-7855 or counseloryolanda@hotmail.com
