Is there a sense of unrealized purpose in your life? Is there a general feeling of unhappiness? Do you need a counselor to help explore your options? My experience includes helping clients with various topics such as anxiety reduction, communication skills, relationship, marriage and family issues, depression, stress management, personal growth, self-esteem, terminal illness, loss and grief. I provide counseling services to all populations in a respectful manner. My eclectic therapy approach is collaborative, insight-oriented and holistic. I provide a safe counseling environment free of judgment where clients feel heard, understood and are invited to openly discuss concerns and learn more about themselves in order to become empowered, grow emotionally, gain insight and self-awareness, resolve past issues, and learn the skills necessary to create a fulfilling life. I work individually with adults and adolescents in addition to providing couples, pre-marital and marriage counseling services. I earned a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College.
