My experience allows me to serve clients who suffer from Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Chronic Illness, Social anxiety, Life Transitions, among many others.

My counseling services for teens and adults are offered via Telehealth. This platform allows me to provide counseling and therapy to my clients via live video conferencing. It can be done anywhere you have a computer, smartphone, or tablet along with a good internet connection. Experience real results of traditional counseling on your time. Appointments are offered to Florida Residents in need of counseling.

I practice play therapy to work with my younger clients (ages 5-10), which is done in office only. We use games and art as a medium to address deeper issues. This allows children to tap into their natural language, which is play. They’re able to access their inner thoughts and feelings in ways best suited for their developmental level. Parents will be given the tools to nurture and develop the unique potential found in their child.

I graduated with my Master’s degree in counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I also received my play therapy certificate along with additional trauma training. My counseling approach is integrated with my Christian worldview in order to achieve an element of spiritual healing. I strive to create a safe and judgment free environment where my clients can share their story.
